Returns & Exchanges

We want our Ellee Brides and Clients to be very happy with the Bridal Headpiece or Jewelry Set that was ordered. We do have an exchange only policy. Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The exchanges are from the available collections.

Due to the nature of the headpieces, we do not accept returns, we only accept exchanges.   Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The exchanges are from the available collections.

Shipping within USA

Yes, all orders within the USA will have a FREE shipping option available during checkout.

- We prepare and ship your order within 48 hours. It usually takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your shipping address for delivery.  Please note due to COVID-19 or severe weather conditions, there might be some occasional delays.

- Please share with us the day of your special event.  We will do our best to accommodate your special occasion.  Please use the Note Section during checkout and your cart.

- In the case your headpiece or item is out of stock, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to let you know when your items will be shipped.  

- Please Contact Us if you have any questions so we can assist you or if you would like to confirm availability.

Yes, we do have several express or expedited shipping options available during checkout you can select from UPS, USPS or DHL.

- Depending on the express option you selected, it can be delivered the next business day or next business day early in the morning. 

- Express orders received by 10AM Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day.  If the express order is received after 10AM Pacific Time, the order will be shipped the next business day. 

- Please note, express options only count business days as delivery dates per the different shipping services.

- In the case your headpiece is out of stock, we will reach out to you within 8 hours to assist you.

- Please contact us if you have any questions so we can assist you or if you would like to confirm availability.

Yes, you have the option to select “Signature Required” during checkout for a nominal fee.

Reach out to the carrier immediately to have them assist you in locating your package.  Go personally to the post office / carrier office for quicker and immediate attention.

If your package is lost or stolen after it has been SCANNED as DELIVERED by the postal service or carrier, Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable as it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure a secure and safe shipping or delivery address is provided.

We offer Signature Required option that you can select during check out if you have a concern about security of your package once it is delivered,  Please note, you will have to pick up your package directly or arrange a re-delivery with the carrier if no one was at available to sign for the package.

Once the package is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our control and it is in the hands of the carrier to deliver the package to you.  Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable for late deliveries by the carrier.

Late deliveries could occur due to holidays, weather, pandemic, customs or other unforeseen delays.  It could also occur due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address so please make sure your address is accurate.

Postal services and carries do experience delays especially around holidays. International packages could experience delays due customs.

It is important to order your perfect headpiece early to allow enough time for delivery of your package prior to your event date.

It is important to share with us your event date by writing it in the notes section of your shopping cart.  This will notify our team to plan the shipping of your package or contact you if there are questions.

We offer express and expedited shipping options during checkout. Please note express and expedited shipping days are only business days.  Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

International Shipping Outside of USA

Yes, we ship Worldwide to most countries.  The shipping options will be available during checkout. 

- You will have several shipping options, some of which are express shipping options as well.  In most cases, it takes 7 to 10 business days.  However, it is difficult to predict the delivery times due to customs of each country so we encourage you to order as early as you can before your special day. 

- Please share with us the day of your special event.  We will do our best to accommodate your special occasion.  Please use the Note Section during checkout and your cart.

- Please Contact Us if you have any questions so we can assist you. 

Every country has its own rules for duties, taxes and levies. These charges imposed by the country are the responsibility of the customer and will be required to be paid as requested by the local authorities in order to release the package.

If your international package is lost or stolen after it has been SCANNED as DELIVERED by the postal service or carrier, Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable as it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure a secure and safe shipping or delivery address is provided.

If your international package is lost by the carrier or customs, Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable.  All carriers have basic insurance coverage for loss before delivery.  It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the carrier for any claims due to undelivered and lost packages.  If you prefer to add additional insurance for your international package, please reach out to us to assist you.
