Exchange Only Policy (No Returns):

We want our Ellee Brides and Clients to be very happy with their purchase. We do allow exchanges ONLY.  It is very important to reach out to us within 48 hours from receiving your package so that we can accommodate you. We only allow 10 days for you to return your item(s) back to us from the time it was delivered. We must receive your items in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange. So make sure to pack it well and use a shipping method with tracking to ensure receiving the items within the policy timeframe.

Exchanges are handled as follows: 

  • Reach out to us within 48 hours from the delivery of your package.
  • The items must be returned to us and received within 10 days of your delivery date to accommodate your exchange.
  • Send back the items with the original packing materials, promotional gifts and original tags. Make sure you pack the items very well so it does not get damaged during shipping.
  • If promotional gifts are not returned, we will deduct the full retail price of each promotional gift item. If exchange is requested, new promotional gifts will not be shipped.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping back costs. Please use a shipping method with a tracking system to ensure delivery. Please email us the tracking information so we can keep an eye for it.
  • The new exchanged items have to be of equal or higher value of the original purchase.
  • There is a $25 charge the buyer is responsible for. The charge will cover re-packaging, re-shipping and restocking expenses for exchanging the items.
  • Once the returned items are received in perfect condition, we will initiate the exchange process.
  • If the items are damaged, have been worn or received after 10 days of the delivery date, the order will not be eligible for an exchange and will be returned to you.
  • Only one (1) exchange will be accommodated.
  • We will ship the new exchanged item(s) back to you free of charge.
  • We will honor the original discounts or promotions that were available at the time of your original purchase.
  • Item(s) refers to any product sold on the website such as headpieces, crowns, tiaras, headbands, hair combs, jewelry sets, earrings, bracelets or other products referenced by any other name.

Shipping within the United States:

  • All orders will have FREE Shipping within the United States of America available.
  • We ship from Orange County, California.
  • Expedited and Express shipping options are available during checkout.
  • We carry all items in stocks. In case an item is out of stock, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be shipped to you. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to let you know and assist you with any questions you may have.
  • Custom headpieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. This will depend on the design and changes being requested. We will inform you of the expected ship by date when you place your order.
  • Expedited and Express shipping counts shipping days as business days only. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
  • We utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL as our shipping methods. We reserve the right to select the Free Shipping method.
  • Please be aware that shipping delays could occur due to weather or COVID-19. So please plan your purchase early.

International Shipping:

  • We ship from Orange County, California.
  • Worldwide Shipping is available and can be selected during checkout. We offer UPS and DHL shipping services and will be available per your country.
  • The shipping costs and options will be calculated during checkout. You will have expedited and express shipping options available to select from.
  • We carry all items in stocks. In case an item is out of stock, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be shipped to you. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to let you know and assist you with any questions you may have.

  • It is difficult to predict the customs timing to process the shipment in your country. So please plan your purchase accordingly.
  • Some countries might impose import duties, levies and taxes and tend to vary from country to county. We cannot estimate these fees. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price, type of the item, package weight and dimensions, origin country.
